Michael Liddicoat

Technology Implementation Manager

Michael was promoted to our Technology Implementation Manager in 2024. In addition to our normal software, Michael is also overseeing efforts into AI, automation, and cyber security. Michael resides in Oklahoma with his wife and two children.

He is a skilled and experienced operator with a passion for building and scaling businesses.  Michael’s experience has included technology, logistics, e-commerce, digital media, and entertainment companies.  Some of his roles have included project management, head of operations, and executive director.

Michael graduated from Central Washington University serving as the president of the Student Washington Teachers Association, and was recognized by the Kennedy Center for the Arts for a one-act play he wrote for the American College Theatre Festival. Before getting into the world of business operations, Michael was a public school teacher.  Working with grades 1-5 taught him the value of working with people who have different goals.

Michael’s business accomplishments are a testament to his entrepreneurial skills and commitment to building successful businesses. Nothing gets Michael’s neurons firing more than a spreadsheet and a problem. In addition, Michael is also a respected thought leader in the entrepreneurship community. He is a frequent speaker and writer on the topics of business growth, marketing, and leadership. 

In his free time, Michael continues to volunteer in a variety of capacities.  Some of those activities include serving as a board member for non-profit organizations helping solve education and food insecurity issues, arts organizations, and entrepreneurship incubators and accelerator programs.
