Spiro Galanis has spent more than 35 years helping business owners simplify their finances and gain confidence in their financial operations. Based in the Charlotte area, he brings extensive experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and outsourced Controller and fractional CFO services, helping businesses access high-level financial leadership without the cost of a full-time executive.

Throughout his career, Spiro has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including construction, restaurants, law firms, medical practices, real estate, retail, and other service based businesses. His broad experience allows him to understand that every business has unique goals, challenges, and financial needs.

Spiro is passionate about serving as a trusted partner to business owners by providing clear, accurate financial insight that helps them focus on growing their businesses. Whether assisting with bookkeeping cleanup, managing cash flow, preparing for tax season, or supporting long term planning, he approaches every client relationship with consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering reliable results.

He is highly experienced with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Enterprise, along with ADP, Gusto, Bill.com, and a variety of financial management tools that help businesses operate efficiently.

Outside of work, Spiro enjoys playing basketball and racquetball, as well as training in the gym as an amateur Men’s Physique competitor. He brings the same discipline, dedication, and strong work ethic from competition into his work for his clients every day.
