Audit-Ready Implementation

If your business isn’t already set up on QuickBooks Online, we will standardize your system to meet our ‘Audit-Ready by Design’ requirements. We don’t just ‘clean up’ books; we build a defensible workflow that protects your tax plan.

Do I have to be in a monthly bookkeeping package for my business?

No, you are not required to be in a monthly bookkeeping package. See the next question for more details.

Is there any bookkeeping included in the monthly Maintenance Package?

Yes! In our Business and VIP Maintenance Packages, we include the cost of a monthly QBO subscription, monthly income and expense categorization, as well as account reconciliations, and quarterly bookkeeping reviews. This allows us to have reliable numbers for tax planning and tax preparation as well as for you to make business decisions.

Is QuickBooks Online HIPAA Compliant?

QuickBooks Online is not HIPAA compliant for storing patient records. However, you can use it as long as no sensitive information is kept in it and use it solely for financial data that does not include patient-specific information.

Is bill pay and payroll included?

Bill pay and payroll can be included in our CFO Services packages. These packages are customizable based on your unique service needs.

Can you explain the different levels of bookkeeping packages and who is the best fit for each type?

Basic Package: This level of service is included in your Maintenance Package. We include the cost of a monthly QBO subscription, monthly income and expense categorization, as well as account reconciliations, and quarterly bookkeeping review.
Monthly Service Level: You need timely, accurate financial statements each month. Best for those seeking simplified financial reporting and oversight with streamlined delivery.
CFO Services: A flexible solution best for those seeking detailed insights into their accounting, such as KPIs/Benchmarking, Cashflow, Partner Allocations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts receivable.

When are my monthly financial statements ready?

For our monthly bookkeeping packages, your financials will be ready by the 20th of the following month we are reconciling. This means that if we reconcile your accounts for January, your financials will be prepared by February 20th.

It’s important to note that the timely delivery of your financials depends on various factors, including your cooperation and that of other third parties. We rely on receiving the necessary information by the 5th of each month to ensure we can process and prepare your financials on time. If there are delays in obtaining the required documents, it may delay the delivery of your financial statements
