Founder Alexis Gallati grew up in a family of physicians and is married to a neurosurgeon. She founded Cerebral after seeing the first three months of her husband’s paycheck go straight to the IRS, driving her to master the specific strategies that allow medical families to keep more of their hard-earned money.
What began as a personal mission has grown into a specialized US-led team of tax professionals with decades of experience planning and executing complex strategies for top-tier healthcare professionals and medical practice owners.
